Leadership
Georges-David founded Bionest Partners Finance in 2006 to advise small and mid-sized companies in the healthcare sector.
He has completed more than 150 advisory and cross-border transactions, including mandates involving major international corporate groups.
Prior to founding BPF, he was an equity research analyst at Exane, Natexis Bleichroeder, and Bryan Garnier, where he led coverage of the Pharma and MedTech sectors.
Georges-David holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Olivier leverages experiences in corporate strategy and in business development in Big Pharma, strategy consulting firms and biotech start-ups. He had the chance to support the CEO of mid-size pharma to redefine the corporate strategy and to lead a divesting project of R&D assets to a Big Pharma.
He is also a business angel and board member of a biotech (Huntx Pharma).
He studied at Harvard Business School (PLD), Columbia University (M.Sc.) and at Ecole Centrale de Lyon (M.Sc.).

Marco began his professional career in 2002 in Beijing, gaining over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurial, financial advisory, and educational projects in China through the companies he co-founded, Eyes on China and Hodaya International. His leadership is strengthened by early exposure to diverse cultures and languages.
He is actively involved in the medical and renewable energy sectors and is fluent in multiple Western and Eastern languages.
